I would like to introduce ourselves; we are Neena Bhaskar and Sibtain Kazmi. We have been organizing the Local DC Miss India Pageant for the past 13 years. Both of us are very busy in our full time jobs. Sibtain owns a mortgage company, A Money Matter Mortgage, Inc., and Neena works at The World Bank as an HR/IT Project Manager. To make things even busier, we have three children, a 9 year old daughter, Ria, and a 5 year old son, Armaan, and a 3 year old...Alisha! (our pride and joy)
The both of us (and maybe Ria, Armaan,
and Alisha too) enjoy organizing events which promote our heritage and brings the community
together. We enjoy encouraging talented young ladies to participate in events, such as this,
to showcase their talents, to participate in something cultural, to meet new people, and to
simply have fun!
